The Student and School Summary Report (SSSR) is a set of reports intended to be used by schools to inform teaching and learning programs, providing preliminary feedback on how students and cohorts of students performed. Along with other information, it contains a huge amount of information about how each child answered each question on the Reading, Numeracy, Spelling, Grammar & Punctuation tests. Plus, once the Writing results are released, the file contains the scores that the students received for each of the 10 writing criteria.
With the introduction of SSSR report data. Schools now have two sets of data to upload to SPA to see analysis in all NAPLAN tabs;
- SSSR reports to see the diagnostic data for Reading, Numeracy, Spelling, Grammar & Punctuation and Writing tests. Usually released earlier as preliminary data via ACARA's Assessment Platform (without Writing data) and then released again once the final data is released via the VCAA Data Service (with Writing data).
