Year 1 Phonics Check-Insight Platform

Step 1

Log in to the Insight Platform.

Step 2

Click on Reporting, Dashboard (Phonics)

Step 3

Click the Excel Icon

Step 4

Select the download icon and then click on the file name.

The file will then be downloaded to your computer. It should look like this when opened.

Please check that the students are listed in the year level they were in when sitting the test.

For Example-If students have been rolled into Year 2, you may need to change the Year Level back to '1'. inside the file. If the student has moved schools since the testing took place, you may want to change the school name back to your own.
