In this section, we will learn how to download Scriibi writing data for analysis in SPAstandard.

Step 1

Log in to your school's Scriibi account.

Step 2

  1. In the Data view, select Assessment.

  2. Select the assessment task you would like to export.

  3. Click on the SPA Export button.

Save the template to your computer or a school shared drive.

You may like to open the export and check that the data has been entered into the spreadsheet correctly, that it is labelled correctly, that the data is in the correct time period, and that all students have their school ID number attached to their results.

Step 3

Import this file into your SPAplatform account.

The school can upload as many Scriibi templates as required; for example, one template per grade or year level, one template for the whole school, one template for each term, or a single template containing the entire year of writing data.
