In this section, we will learn how to export your Teacher Judgment Data out of SAS.

The STUDENTS AND PRIOR VELS RESULTS export displays for Victorian schools that do not use Reporter Pro for their student assessment reports.

Step 1

Open SAS.


Step 2

  1. Click Maintenance.
  2. Click Export.
  3. Choose Students and Prior Vels Results.

Step 3

Select Prior Results Year.

Step 4

Select Semester.

Step 5

In "EXPORT TO FILE", select the location to save the file to and enter the file name.

Step 6

Select the Output Format to "DEECD".

Step 7

Click Export.

Step 8

Import these files into your SPAplatform account.
