Acadience - Importing

In this section, we will learn how to enter data in the Acadience template for use in SPAstandard.

Step 1

Login to SPAplatform and navigate to Support > Download Templates. Download the Acadience Maths or Reading template.

Step 2

Open the template and go to the correct year level.

Step 3

For each student, enter the Name, Student ID, Gender, DOB & Home Group.

Step 4

Entering your students' results. You will see the template has a section for each time period.  Beginning Middle and End.
You do not need to fill in each time period, but in each section, all columns must be populated in order for the composite score to calculate correctly. EG if you are only entering results for Beginning only the 4 columns in the beginning section need to be completed.

Step 5

Save the template to your computer or a school-shared drive.
