SPA Requirements

To access and use SPAplatform, users must have the following:

• A computer or tablet or smartphone with internet access

• A web browser (e.g. Google Chrome or Safari).

• A SPA username and password. The main contact is invited to the software when purchasing for the first time. Their username will be their email address and this user will then choose a personal password. Once they have access, they can invite additional staff to also have access to the SPAplatform. (Explained in more detail within the Managing Users section).
