Step 1

Go to https://portal.spaplatform.com.au/login and log in with your username (email address) and password.


Step 2

Click Maintain > Account > User Profile


Step 3

From this page you can:

  1. Reset your password
  2. Change your name
  3. Change your address details
  4. Change your preferences
